The German Youth Nationals showed a stunning fight against the Danish boys all the time. Germany came back and tied a Denmark lead in the 13th minute. Denmark were able to get back the lead, but again, Germany tied the score in the 18th minute. In the 32th minute, Germany took the power play opportunity to get the lead for the first time. Denmark scored the 3-3 in the 38th minute, but with just eleven seconds left on the clock, Germany played a nice power play offense and lead 4-3 after 40 minutes.
In the 56th minute, Germany took the 6-4 lead after one goal each in the final period so far. Though Denmark were even able to score again in the last minute, they could not take away the Germans a deserved victory.
