At December, 2nd, 2007, the first women floorball match in Northrhine-Westfalia took place in Muenster. Though it was "just" a friendly match and no official regional federation one, the match was a very important event for the development of floorball in Western Germany. Finally, Bonn slammed down Muenster, who kept up quite well in the second half.
